never neglected this and we will never do it in order to maintain safe
the quality, tradition and kindness that has distinguished us until
present days. In the picture you can see the Vicentin
Baccalà, (it isn’t prepared in summer).

This dish, of which you can have the recipe pointing on the picture, is
prepared since more than 90 years following an old Vicentin recipe and
we are proud to present it as you can see in the picture. It’s a simple
dish, but in the mean time it’s a dish for conoisseurs. We invite you
